Meet Ingrid Ragoobar BSN, RN, CLS the founder and owner of Skin Time Rx. Ingrid is an experienced acute care registered nurse with a career spanning over 17 years, specializing in various specialties since 2007. Her dedication to advancing patient care extends to her role as a clinical nursing instructor, where she has mentored, educated and guided future nursing professionals.
Ingrid holds certifications in chemotherapy and biotherapy administration, trauma care, and is a certified laser specialist, reflecting her commitment to cutting-edge practices in healthcare. As an active member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, Inc., Ingrid stays at the forefront of laser technology, having received comprehensive training in laser safety and the latest advancements in laser applications and the most cutting edge procedures.
With a passion for excellence and innovation in nursing, Ingrid continually strives to provide compassionate, evidence-based care while empowering others to excel in their health and beauty journeys.

Meet “Dr. Rad”! Our Doctor is a board-certified internal medicine physician with over 15 years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient care. Specializing in managing complex medical conditions, Dr. Rad is dedicated to promoting patients’ overall health and well-being.
Coming from a family of doctors and surgeons, Dr. Rad’s passion for medicine began early in life. Throughout a distinguished career, Dr. Rad has served on multiple committees, including Heart Care Management and Hospital Ethics, applying expertise in patient education and ethical decision-making.
Dr. Rad is passionate about combining aesthetics, natural medicine, and lifestyle changes to improve skin health and overall beauty. Believing in a holistic approach, Dr. Rad helps patients achieve radiant, healthy skin and confidence.
Outside of work, Dr. Rad enjoys practicing yoga, staying active, and embracing a lifestyle of wellness and balance. Committed to providing safe, high-quality aesthetic care, Dr. Rad strives to help patients look and feel their best.
